24 hours in a day.

I haven't been here since Saturday and I might not again for the next couple of days... :(

I have so much to do right now I don't even have time to read let alone write. I have so much work that I won't even be able to come to the critique session this week! I'll be busy AT work... and I don't even know when I'll get my next day off yet - definitely won't be until well past this weekend. :( I'm exhausted just thinking about working so many days straight!

I haven't checked my e-mails since Monday, and to be perfectly honest - I'm too scared to check them now!

Okay that's enough of my complaining. I hope everyone has a great week. Hopefully I'll get a chance to post my TT this week... maybe it should be about what I could accomplish if I didn't sleep. :) Unless someone has another method of getting some extra time in a day. I'm all ears! :)

Take it easy and don't push yourself too hard. It's easy to get burned out with so much on your plate.

Thanks Christine. Yeah, that's pretty much what I've been doing... sleeping instead of going on the computer after a too long day at work! :) The only thing I have focused outside of work priorites is my critique partners work. Even that I haven't finished by the time I said I would, so hopefully she won't want to get rid of me because I'm a few days late. ;)

As someone who needs 8hrs of sleep a night, I'm not going to suggest sleeping less.
Good luck. LOL

What Christine said! Pace yourself, as much as you can. And take good care of yourself, too. :)

I hear you about how nice it would be to have more hours in the day! *whew*, and how fast they fly by, too.

Vicky - I'm nodding in agreement with both your situation and the following comments.
Although I don't have an outside job, taking care of the little ones fills my day. Yes, I'm impatient to write, to get all of these story ideas out of my head, but I also know that they'll still be there when my youngest is in school, and when they both grow up and need me less. Life, reading, good television,... all gets in the way.
Prioritizing -- that's the key. There will be time to do it all, eventually, just not all at once!
So like the others said... pace yourself.

And btw, the email I sent you? Check the date. It wasn't recent, it was from a few weeks back (a month perhaps!) when we hadn't heard from you in a bit. LOL
